I am pleased to introduce Medical & Clinical Reviews, a rapid peer reviewed Journal which have a key concerns over the medical and clinical practices by exploring the best research and by exhibiting this information both directly, as clinical findings, and in practice oriented formats of direct application in day-to-day situations. I am pleased to announce that all issues of volume 5 were published online within the time during the year of 2019.

Without continual growth and progress, such words as improvement, achievement, and success have no meaning. Medical & Clinical Reviews (ISSN: 2471-299X) was founded in 2015 and is growing continuously.

Medical & Clinical Reviews Journal emphasizes to publish reviews in basic, fundamental, critical and state of the art review articles in the field of Medicine and Clinical sciences. This journal is unique in its approach of eclecticism because Medical or any science is becoming more and more multidisciplinary. In this regard it will be better to publish reviews under single umbrella than individual or unique topics. Additionally this practice paves the way for better impact of the journal and articles. The journal has archived resource of several issues from 2015 which tract the significant steps during the evolution of medical and clinical studies. The journal’s author base is composed of eminent academicians, scientists and medical professional from diverse geographical regions of the world.

All published articles of this journal are included in the indexing and abstracting coverage of Index Copernicus, Google Scholar, China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), Directory of Research Journal Indexing (DRJI), WorldCat, Publons, Secret Search Engine Labs.

During the calendar year 2019, IPMCR received a total of 40 manuscripts, out of which 28 articles (70%) were rejected in the preliminary screening due to plagiarism or being out of the format and peer review process. During 2019 around 11 articles were subjected for publication after they are accepted in the peer review process. In the 4 issues of Volume 5 published during the year 2019, a total of 11 articles were published (at an average of 3 articles per issue) of which, articles were published from authors all around the world. Globally articles have been accessed by the research scientists and also cited.

During the calendar year 2019, a total of two Editors, Four Reviewers joined the board of IPMCR and contributed their valuable services towards contribution as well as publication of articles, and their valuable reviewer comments will beneficial to publish quality of article in the Journal.

Gkasdaris (USA) and other editors also during the final editing of articles published and the support rendered by the editorial assistant: Andrea Jones in bringing out issues of IPMCR in time. I would also like to express my gratitude to all the authors, reviewers, the publisher, the advisory and the editorial board of IPMCR, the office bearers for their support in bringing out yet another volume of IPMCR and look forward to their unrelenting support to bring out the Volume 6 of IPMCR in scheduled time.
